Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in retail or SME
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills
• Familiarity with inventory-based businesses is an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

We are a growing jewelry company based in Bayan Baru, Penang, with a team of 20 dedicated employees. We are currently seeking an experienced and trustworthy Accountant to join our team and manage our daily financial operations.

• Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR)
• Record and monitor daily transactions including sales, expenses, and stock movements
• Prepare monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Manage payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB and tax submissions (LHDN)
• Ensure compliance with SST and liaise with tax agents, auditors, and banks
• Maintain accurate inventory costing for jewelry items
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Improve accounting procedures and internal controls
