- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- With BPO or Customer Service experience is added advantage
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Computer Literate, Fast Learning
- Willing to work in Shifts
- Confer with customers by email and live chat to provide technical support about products and managing end-to-end order process.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistic, etc) to ensure timely order delivery and resolve urgent issues.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients in maintaining client relationships
- Support team goals and adapt day/night shifts
