Preferably skilled in car accessory installation and vehicle wiring

  • Familiar with GPS trackers, dashcams, and IoT devices
  • Able to troubleshoot, update firmware/software, and test devices
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer literacy and documentation skills
  • Reliable and eager to learn
Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory, but a strong advantage)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in technical support or automotive electronics
  • Skilled in car accessory installation and vehicle wiring
  • Willing to travel for on-site support
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Repairs
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues, including connectivity problems, sensor malfunctions, and device errors.
  • Firmware & Software Updates
  • Perform updates and calibrations to ensure devices operate with the latest features and security protocols.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and repairs for internal tracking and compliance purposes.
  • Safety & Quality Assurance
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all technical procedures to minimize risk and ensure reliability.
  • Inventory & Equipment Management
  • Track tools, spare parts, and devices; ensure availability and proper maintenance of technical equipment.
  • Product Testing & Feedback
  • Assist in testing new devices and features; provide feedback to improve product performance and usability.
  • Continuous Learning
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
