Internship Telesales Intern - Ampang Jaya

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telesales Intern to support our sales team in reaching out to potential clients, introducing products, and generating leads via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products
• Identify client needs and arrange for follow-up from the sales team
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the system
• Support the team in follow-up calls and basic enquiry handling
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making calls and handling objections
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)
