About the Role

At AZEO, we empower companies through impactful training and talent solutions. We’re looking for an Operations Admin Intern who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our fast-paced team in making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Help coordinate logistics for training programs and events
  • Liaise with vendors, trainers, and venue providers
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
  • Support internal teams to keep timelines and tasks on track
Who We’re Looking For
  • Final Year Students pursuing Business Admin, HR, Management, or related fields
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English and BM (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 3 to 6 months duration of internship
