Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support spare parts sales and e-commerce operations. This role involves assisting customers with spare parts orders while managing online sales platforms and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with spare parts inquiries and order processing
  • Drive and coordinate spare parts and service sales with continuous follow-up
  • Liaise with delivery, purchasing, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Manage daily operations on Shopee and Lazada platforms
  • Handle customer inquiries and chat responses in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders, update product listings, and monitor inventory levels
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information on e-commerce platforms
