Sales Support Coordinator

- Support the Key Account Manager in daily operational tasks.
- Track customer inquiries, complaints, and follow up actions internally.
- Track project timeline with Project Development teams.
- Coordinate with planner to track and align stock positioning and customers’ demand.
- Liaise with logistics department to monitor/track shipment schedules and delivery dates that align with customer deadlines.
- Proactively identify potential stock shortages or surplus inventory and inform internal teams and the Key Account Manager.
- Create and maintain the master file for customer forecasts and actual purchase orders.
- Provide weekly snapshots of demand, order fulfilment status and stock positioning.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Experience: Min 2-3 years working experience in related field
Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, pivot tables, reporting, and analysis), Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
