Description

As the Administrative & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting both administrative functions and logistics management. You will also handle invoicing and related financial documentation, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on agricultural setting and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Administration:

  • Maintain farm records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and general office tasks.
  • Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.

Logistics:

  • Coordinate transportation and delivery of farm products, inputs, and equipment.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and customers to manage logistics.
  • Track and manage inventory of supplies and materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all shipments (delivery notes, packing lists, etc.).

Invoicing & Financial Admin:

  • Create and process sales and purchase invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain billing records.
  • Reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks and work closely with the finance team or accountant.
Requirements
  • Experience in administrative and/or logistics roles, preferably in the agriculture sector.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, billing systems, or basic accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with invoicing or farm management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
