The Operations & Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination. This position requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Support: Handle pick-up and delivery of materials, products, and supplies between Riinse locations, vendors, and retail partners.
- Event Assistance: Provide on-site support during events, pop-ups, or marketing activations (e.g., setting up booths, distributing materials, liaising with event staff).
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and organizing warehouse/storage spaces.
- E-commerce Fulfillment: Oversee fulfillment processes & ensure customer orders are packed and shipped on time.
- Retailer Management: Coordinate and deliver stock to retailers in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Help with basic office or operational duties as assigned, such as filing paperwork, maintaining records, or assisting in order processing.
- On-Demand Errands: Fulfill ad hoc requests for urgent tasks, such as sourcing supplies or responding to time-sensitive needs.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Can communicate in English and Malay.
- Able to carry and move moderately heavy items as needed (e.g., product boxes or event materials).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to different tasks and environments.
