Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (preferred due to business needs)
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with warehouse and inventory processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts if required
- Assist Production Manager in daily production operations and planning
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely output
- Oversee warehouse activities including stock control, inventory, and material handling
- Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and company policies
- Liaise with internal departments (warehouse, procurement, QA) for smooth workflow
- Prepare production reports and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production efficiency
