  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize driver routes for maximum efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and outlet managers.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst cum Logistics Executive to join our fast-paced headquarters team. In this hybrid role, your primary focus will be leveraging your advanced computer and Excel skills to analyze operational data, track inventory, and generate reports for our 35+ outlets.

Alongside your analytical duties, you will also take a hands-on approach to coordinate daily logistics, manage stock distributions, and schedule drivers, ensuring smooth operations across all our branches

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) to maintain, analyze, and optimize business data.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational data across multiple branch locations.
  • Generate accurate reports on stock levels, delivery metrics, and operational expenses to assist management in decision-making.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets to ensure all records are current and accurate.
  • Identify trends or inefficiencies in stock movement and propose data-driven solutions.
Logistics & Driver Scheduling
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage daily delivery schedules and routing for company drivers.
  • Oversee the dispatch of stocks and essential supplies from the central warehouse to various outlets in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving any on-the-road issues, delivery delays, or vehicle scheduling conflicts.
  • Track and manage stock movements, ensuring physical inventory matches the data recorded in the system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to prepare goods for dispatch.
