Basic knowledge for Electronic & Electrical.
- Must be able to communicate and write in both, English & Mandarin.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills. Able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
- Responsible for PCB repair and production testing/debugging.
- Experience in debugging ultrasonic welding machines and injection molding machines; experience with automatic soldering machines or dispensing machines is an advantage.
- Support routine maintenance of product on machines to ensure stable operation.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians or vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Fine-tune machines and equipment to achieve optimal performance during production.
- Adjust process parameters based on product requirements or quality feedback.
- Diagnose issues in defective battery packs and perform necessary rework or repair.
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
