Finance Executive (Mandarin Speaker) - Kuala Lumpur

• 09:00AM to 06:00PM (When supporting APAC region)
• 04:00PM to 01:00AM (When supporting EMEA region in Summer)
• 05:00PM and 02:00PM (When supporting EMEA region during winter)

Experience & Functional Knowledge:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or accounting
• Prior experience in a finance shared service centre is preferred
• Proficient in applying standard operating procedures in daily tasks
• Adaptability: Handles shifting priorities and tool changes efficiently
• Learning Agility: Quick to grasp new systems and processes
• Teamwork: A respectful, communicative, and supportive team contributor

Language & Culture Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required due to system and documentation requirements
• Proficient in English for verbal and written communication
• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and stakeholders
• Perform financial reviews and validations in line with company policies and procedures
• Identify discrepancies such as policy violations, duplicate claims, and data inconsistencies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones, maintaining clear and professional communication
• Adapt to volume fluctuations, new systems, and process changes with ease
• Maintain high performance and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on policy or workflow gaps
