Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and strategists to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Design and produce artwork for digital (social media, web banners, email marketing) and traditional media (print ads, brochures, billboards, packaging)
- Create brand identities, style guides, and visual systems
- Adapt and roll out campaign assets across multiple channels and formats
- Ensure designs meet the brand and campaign objectives while maintaining consistency
- Prepare final artwork for production and liaise with printers/vendors when needed
- Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging tools
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative range and execution in both digital and print media
- Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
