Interior Designer (Mandarin Speaker)

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and technical design abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Interior Designer to lead and oversee interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, organized, and confident in presenting and managing high-end projects independently and as part of a team.

• Lead interior design projects including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Oversee and manage design teams, timelines, and client communication.
• Prepare mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and technical drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout all project phases.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, trends, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is met.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure design standards are upheld.
