Job Purpose
Execute and facilitate the implementation of company's HSE Management System and program including policies, procedures, system and processes in line with KLCC GHSE objectives and strategies and in compliance with the relevant statutory requirements.
Main Accountabilities
(1) General HSE- Establish KLCCUH Strategic Objective and Target
- Implement KLCCUH HSE Plan i.e. HSE Campaign, Engagement, Training
- Coordinate roll out of all HSE requirements from KLCC GHSE / PETRONAS GHSE / Legal Requirements
- Coordinator for all PETRONAS GHSE reporting system for KLCCUH (i.e. HSE MARS, HSSEIM, MyAssurance, MyGovernance)
- Plan and track HSE performance objectives and targets.
- Track and analyze HSE performance, propose and monitor implementation of intervention plans for gaps closure and improvement.
- HSE Contractors Management
- Coordinate Contractor's HSE assurance programs.
- Plan and coordinate HSE trainings for contractors.
- Streamlining KLCCUH ERP to aligned with KLCC Technical Standards.
- Coordinate KLCCUH Emergency Management Team (EMT)
- Identify gaps, improvements from emergency exercises and monitor closure.
- Facilitate incident investigation process for incident Rating 2 and above at KLCCUH to identify root causes.
- Monitor all findings from the investigation to be closed withing agreed timeline.
- Establish network and maintain good rapport and working relationship with local authority, client and other stakeholders to keep abreast with latest technology and statutory requirements in achieving excellence in HSE for KLCCUH.
- Ensure policy and standards to comply with relevant legal and KTS Requirement.
- Coordinator of KLCCUH HSE Management system (i.e. internal audit, management review, recertification audit)
- Coordinator of management system documentation Level 1 & 2 i.e. Policy, Manual, Procedures and formats conforming to ISO45001, ISO14001 and KLCC Technical Standards.
- Coordinate in the development and enhancement of staff HSE capabilities in achieving high performance to ensure internalization of the right leadership and capabilities in executing their jobs and business assignment.
- Coordinate and implement HSE innovation and improvement at KLCCUH (i.e. digitalization, process optimization)
- Study and evaluate any new technology that can improve HSE management in KLCCUH
- Educational Qualification Field/Branch/Stream : Bachelor's Degree in HSE, Engineering or equivalent
- Years of Experience (Overall) : More than 3 years of working experience in managing HSE, preferable on facility management.
