Resolve customer issues across our platform.
- Manage customer communications through various channels including marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), WhatsApp, and Meta.
- Follow provided SOPs for consistent and accurate responses.
- Handle operational tasks such as printing return order waybills and managing customer orders.
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Fast typer, at least 60 WPM
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to company protocols and customer service best practices.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proficiency in both Malay and English, with strong communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, especially in handling challenging customer interactions.
- Ability to maintain composure and not take customer remarks personally.
