Customer Service Representative (Cantonese Speaker)

Location: Megan Avenue 2 (Nearby MRT Ampang Park/ LRT KLCC)

Working Arrangement: 5 days in office (Duty Roster between 7am to 12am, with 8 working hours per day)

We’re looking for a friendly Cantonese speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and support the Hong Kong market. You’ll help customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and making sure they have a great experience, both over the phone and online.

Shift work is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you have more experience, we’d be happy to consider you for a senior role.

What You Will Deliver
  • Handle customer queries and logistics arrangements via phone and online platforms.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Maintain professional customer service, creating a great experience for customers.
  • Assist Team Leaders in senior positions.
  • Participate in shift-based work schedules.
Who You Are
  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Minimum of SPM or Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to GOGOX's services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and complaints accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of GOGOX's products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Translate documents and other written materials from English/Mandarin to Cantonese and vice versa to ensure accurate communication with customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
