- Experience with CR-M software and proficiency in MS Office (especially Words) & PPT.
- Strong data analysis skills to understand consumer trends and measure ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, independent, and capable of working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment as a team member.
- Manage basic accounts, experience in E-invoices, payments, and paper works with software AutoCount.
- Support project managers with documentation, procurement tracking, scheduling, and project-related expense monitoring.
- Manage project administration and assist with expense claims
- Min. 2years of experience in CRM and database management, maintain and update data accuracy for efficient workflow.
- Plan, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns (email, whatsapp) to increase customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to provide insights that improve the overall customer journey and rapport.
