AWS Developer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience
• At least 3 years hands-on with AWS/SRC/Cloud/DevOps (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Athena)
• Proficient in NodeJS and TypeScript for backend development
• Experience with integration patterns, REST APIs, and data transformation (JSON, XML, CSV)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/CDK), and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and integration pipelines using NodeJS/TypeScript, Python, and AWS Serverless architecture
• Implement integration patterns (request-response, event-driven, batch) and optimize performance (latency, throughput and AWS costs)
• Analyze business requirements and design efficient data flows with transformation, enrichment, and intelligent routing
• Ensure system resilience, error handling, replay mechanisms, and complete data traceability
• Write production-quality code, unit/integration tests, and technical specifications while contributing to platform architecture
• Maintain security and compliance by implementing best practices for data in transit and at rest
• Maintain AWS security using IAM, Secrets Manager, and encryption best practices
• Support automated CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD
• Collaborate with teams on high-volume, global integration flows with 24/7 availability
