• Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives across platforms including TikTokTikTok, InstagramInstagram, and Facebook.
• Conduct market studies to gather data on consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure brand messaging remains consistent and resonates with the target audience across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain the overall look and feel of the sales gallery to align with branding standards and deliver a strong first impression.
• Assist in organising and executing on-site marketing events and launches.

• 2–32–3 years of experience in the property development industry or a related field.
• Must possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and current trends.
• Experience in maintaining sales galleries and coordinating on-site event logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
