about the job- Execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans and promotional strategies to drive project awareness and conversion.
- Act as the primary liaison for creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure the high-quality production of all campaign assets.
- Drive personal sales performance while mentoring the team to meet and exceed monthly targets through active support and performance tracking.
- Oversee social media strategy, website updates, property portal listings, and paid digital advertising to ensure maximum online visibility.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor bench marking to provide insights on pricing trends and market positioning.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience within property development, premium real estate, or the luxury hospitality sector.
- Prior experience in high-end event management, sales gallery operations, or luxury hospitality services is highly regarded.
