Operations Director/ Planning Director

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations or planning roles within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic operational plans to drive growth and efficiency.
- Expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control, with a focus on optimizing costs and ensuring product availability.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards relevant to the F&B sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight, with the ability to control costs and maximize profitability.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (Zh) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity at our Kuala Lumpur location.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the food and beverage manufacturing process.
- Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing and procurement to production planning, inventory management, and final product distribution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
- Manage and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
- Implement and monitor robust quality assurance programs and ensure strict compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across all operational functions, leveraging data analysis and best practices to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to align operational capabilities with market demands and new product development.
