Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations or planning roles within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic operational plans to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control, with a focus on optimizing costs and ensuring product availability.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards relevant to the F&B sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight, with the ability to control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (Zh) for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite capacity at our Kuala Lumpur location.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability within the food and beverage manufacturing process.
  • Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain, from raw material sourcing and procurement to production planning, inventory management, and final product distribution, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Implement and monitor robust quality assurance programs and ensure strict compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across all operational functions, leveraging data analysis and best practices to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to align operational capabilities with market demands and new product development.
