Digital Marketing & Operations Intern

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Able to handle administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and basic report preparation
• Able to handle customer communications (emails, calls) in a polite and professional manner
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility, good attitude, and willingness to learn
• Skills Required: Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months (preferably 3–6 months)
• Assist with HR and administrative tasks (e.g., documentation and filing, preparing letters and memos)
• Provide support for administrative functions, such as data analysis and timely submission of reports
• Deal with incoming calls from clients
• Assist with operational matters, including replying to customer emails, preparing documents for suppliers, and creating invoices for customers
• Provide assistance to other staff members when necessary
