We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in electronics manufacturing services.
Reporting to: Managing DirectorLocation: Johor

the role- Develop and execute sales strategies, objectives, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads.
- Explore and develop new markets by identifying potential clients and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
