Production Team Lead

Job requirements:

1. Possess at least SPM/Diploma and above in relevant field.
2. Good written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa as well as able to communicate with colleagues from China.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Able to work in our office in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in collecting daily production data, including output, job reporting, and material usage records.
2. Perform basic data entry into ERP / Barcode / production systems.
3. Check data completeness and report discrepancies to the Production Data & Coordinator.
4. Assist in organizing production data, output records, job order information, and related documents.

1. Organize and maintain production-related documents, such as job orders, labels, daily reports, and forms.
2. Assist in preparing basic data for daily and weekly production reports.
3. Handle printing, issuing, and collecting job orders, labels, and production forms.

1. Assist in recording basic attendance information for production personnel and submit for verification.
2. Assist with simple material and finished goods records, including basic stock count support.
3. Handle administrative tasks such as office supply records, document distribution, and file management.
4. Support communication within the workshop, including form collection and information updates.

1. Perform any other clerical or support tasks assigned by supervisors.
