Perform accurate data entry for inventory, orders, and shipment records
- Update and maintain documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and tracking logs
- Assist in monitoring supply chain activities (e.g., stock levels, order status, delivery schedules)
- Support the team with report preparation using Excel or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and timely updates
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and support various operational tasks
- Minimum internship duration: Three (3) months
