- Organize all store operations, manage and oversee performance and allocate responsibilities to head, supervisors and team.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of retail stores.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers.
- Reconcile monthly payment balance , daily cash and credit card transaction with account department for all the branches.
- Monitor products movement and turnover and suggest improvement based on market trends
- Coordinate with other department, plan and oversee in store promotional events.
- Demonstrating and presenting product at retail shop for promotion activities.
- Able to handle setup, manage and opening retail shop.
- Replenishment of stock ordering for all branches retail shop.
- Performs monthly stock count at all branches retail shop & monthly stock reconciliation.
- Overview on outlet KPI, and growing their customer database.
- Participate in recruiting and job setting function.
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
- Prepare and control outlet budget.
- Handling timetable, service point and calculation.
