Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and monitor retail assistants’ performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Handle cash management, sales reports, and daily closing
- Ensure staff attendance, scheduling, and discipline
- Execute promotions, campaigns, and company SOPs
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in retail (supervisory role preferred)
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and results-driven
