  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with suppliers and customers).
  • At least 1 years experience in a related field.
  • Preferred Mandarin Speaker (Malaysian)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Preferably with experience in inventory, invoicing, or sales coordination.
  • Generate invoices, delivery orders (DO), and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper inventory records and stock control to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Manage and update records in the accounting and invoicing system.
  • Assist with administrative and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
