Customer Service Executive

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in IT or customer service is a plus.
- Able to work rotation shift (24/7) - Include weekend and public holidays.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, detail oriental, possess initiative.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin (Mandarin speaking is a MUST)

- Daily system monitoring.
- Able to provide excellent communication in both English and mandarin written via e-mail, chat & etc.
- Able to provide 1st level support to client & and resolve the issue from timely manner.
- Able to follow up daily with client on the outstanding issues & integration progress and report to superior.
- Ensure customer satisfaction on the system by follow up with them daily.
- Strong typing skills, able to reply customer fast and on time.
- Able to work with other department for better serving customers.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
