- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills to handle customer inquiries and service requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the company's database.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and adapt to the demands of a full-time position within the printing/publishing industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt, accurate, and professional responses via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and delivery details, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary, while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Sincere's digital printing services, product offerings, and industry trends to effectively address customer needs and provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the development of strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
