- Experience in mobile phone repair is preferred
- Familiar with mobile phone hardware and software repair
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
- Willing to work on shifts (10am–7pm / 1pm–10pm)
- Perform mobile phone repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- Provide technical support and professional advice to customers
- Record repair progress and prepare service reports
- Ensure repair tools and work area are well maintained
- Work closely with the sales team to provide complete customer solutions
- Ensure repair service quality meets company standards
