Service Engineer

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/ACMV maintenance and repair.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and electrical control circuits.
- Hands-on experience with VRV/VRF systems and Chilled Water systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control diagrams.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license (D/B2) and be willing to travel across KL/Selangor and occasionally outstation (Regional work).
- Communication: Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical clients.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute and supervise scheduled maintenance for Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, and Cooling Towers.
- Corrective Maintenance: Lead emergency breakdown teams to diagnose technical faults and perform rapid repairs to minimize client downtime.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct root-cause analysis for system inefficiencies, refrigerant leaks, or electrical control failures.
- Service Reports: Prepare detailed service sheets, incident reports, and recommendations for parts replacement or system upgrades.
- Sub-contractor Management: Supervise and verify the quality of work performed by third-party maintenance contractors.
- Client Advisory: Act as a technical consultant to clients, advising them on energy-saving measures and life-cycle improvements for their HVAC assets.
