We are hiring for a HR Manager (Melaka) to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in a complex and stakeholder-intensive environment. This role requires a confident HR professional who can effectively partner with senior stakeholders, including academic and leadership teams, while driving HR best practices and compliance.

• Lead and manage end-to-end Human Resources functions including employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
• Act as a key HR business partner to senior stakeholders, including academic professionals and leadership teams
• Manage complex employee relations and industrial relations (IR) matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary cases
• Drive the development and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal standards
• Support organizational development initiatives, workforce planning, and change management
• Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Build strong relationships across departments and influence stakeholders in a professional and effective manner

• Proven experience in a HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist role
• Strong capability in managing challenging stakeholders and navigating complex organizational environments
• Solid knowledge of industrial relations (IR) and Malaysian employment law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Mature, resilient, and confident in handling senior-level stakeholders
• Willingness to be based in Melaka (fully onsite)
