Production Planner

3–5 years’ experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination
- Proficiency in production planning systems, ERP/MRP, and Microsoft Excel/Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to sudden changes in production schedules.
- Arrange schedule for machine and operator based on raw material availability.
- Liaise with sales division to determine customer requirement.
- Approve material, cost, manufacturing equipment and the size of workforce needs to manufacture goods.
- Set a timeline for the order to be completed on time.
- Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date.
- Liaise with Purchaser, HR Department and Maintenance employees to ensure all workers, material and machinery will be available when required.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is following the schedule.
- Troubleshoot problem that occur during production, including staff shortage and machinery malfunction.
- Organize project paperwork and maintain record.
- Monitor production and raw material cost.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
