- Prepare and process project and fixed asset activities including capitalization, transfers, swaps, and disposals.
- Ensure timely execution of activities in collaboration with Finance Business Partners, Supply, Master Data, Tax, and other teams.
- Manage physical asset verification, asset history analysis, and periodic reporting requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues such as aged AUC balances, negative assets, non‑depreciating assets, and tax book discrepancies.
- Review and reconcile general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and clearing reconciling items with stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audit queries, SOX compliance, and control testing.
- Provide backup support to team members and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for simplification and efficiency gains.
