Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with industry in the FSSC transformation program. We are currently looking for tax Manager, Japanese speaker to take care of the APAC country.

• Tax Compliance & Reporting
• Manage direct and indirect tax computations and returns to ensure timely filing.
• Finalize statutory tax reporting, internal provisions, and financial forecasts.
• Technical Strategy & Planning
• Monitor regional tax law updates and perform independent technical research.
• Partner with regional teams on tax risk management and cross-functional projects.
• Transfer Pricing (TP)
• Prepare routine TP documentation and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking studies.
• Audit & Internal Controls
• Support tax audits, defense strategies, and relationships with authorities.
• Maintain tax SOPs and ensure alignment with global internal control frameworks.
• Deliver tax training to internal stakeholders to drive compliance.

It'll Be Good If You Are:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
• Language: Fluency in Japanese is a significant advantage.
