Restaurant Supervisor (12196)

SPM & above any field

• 1-2 years experience above in Hospitality (restaurants, hotels, any other hospitality)
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport(for Supervisor)
• Able to work in any branches(Sunway Velocity Mall / LaLaport/Sunway Pyramid/Setia City Mall) (for Supervisor)
• Good personality (Character-oriented)
• Able to work 6.5 days/week
• Able to work shift
• Manage & oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Ensure satisfactory level of customer services and cleanliness of outlets
• Able to handle customer complain & feedback
• To plan & develop guest loyalty program
• Manage & lead staff as well as hire new employees
• Ensure the team members to all customers are welcomed with clear-greeting and well-guiding to the seat in a courteous and polite manner.
• Guide the team with a good quality (Added-Value) service delivery to customers, outlet environment cleanliness and brightness, team members are in the proper appearance and posture in company natural.
• Pay attention to responsibility of outlet sales performance, well-monitoring the stock freshness, manpower management (duty roster planning) and understand general opareation cost.
• Make sure company regulation in the well keep-running, strict compliance in company standard in hygiene and safety legislation.
• Provide leadership guidance, well-communication in coaching and counselling to the duty-in-work team partners.
