Business Development Assistant

- To comply with the requirements of the Management System implemented in the organisation (HACCP, ISO 14001, BRC-IoP Packaging and FSC Chain of Custody)
- Coordinate sampling of products or materials for customers.
- Assist in testing products and materials to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor feedback on samples and follow up with customers for additional input., and market conditions for management review.
- Maintain good relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and following up on requests.
- Support communication between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
- Assist in identifying potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare simple proposals, quotations, or product information for clients.
- Update and maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer feedback, and sample results.
- Provide regular updates on activities and progress to the management team.
Academic Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, or
related fields).
Working Experience : Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Business
Development or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills : Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and dimensions.
