Business Development Executive

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the account and relationship managementdomain
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term partnerships with clients
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Familiarity with the sales industry and understanding of the competitive landscape
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage your pipeline and activities
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Having relevant experience in the mobile phone industry is preferred

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Business / Mgmt Consulting sector, leveraging market research and industry insights to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's client base, focusing on small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and potential corporate clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, translating findings into actionable business development plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of POSTEL DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD's consulting services.
- Collaborate closely with the consulting team to understand service offerings and ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, adhering to company guidelines and profitability objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management, contributing to strategic planning and business forecasting.
