We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales initiatives through a comprehensive marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. They will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, coordinating events, supporting product launches, and optimizing lead management processes.

Responsibilities:
Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to attract and engage target audiences.
- Create high-quality content for all online and offline channels, including blog posts, ebooks, case studies, website copy, and social media content.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent content delivery.
- Measure and analyze content performance to improve effectiveness.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan, execute and manage digital channels and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, website and paid advertising.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns for customer engagement and internal stakeholders engagement.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Events:
- Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, webinars, and customer events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Promote events through various marketing channels.
- Monitor, analyze and track event ROI
Product Marketing:
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Develop product messaging and positioning.
- Create product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
Marketing Operations:
- Track and manage lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Create and manage reports on marketing performance, marketing initiatives and lead generation metrics.
- Managing, planning, & tracking budgets and marketing development funds.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and GTM strategies that are strategically aligned with company objectives and stakeholder values.
Marketing Collaterals & Visual Design Management:
- Create basic marketing materials, such as banner, social media graphics, email templates, and presentation slides.
- Utilize design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) to create visually appealing content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Ensure their creation, accuracy, relevance, distribution, and alignment with our offerings and branding.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in marketing or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing, event planning, and product marketing principles.
- Proficiency in translating tech industry market demands into marketing ideas and presenting them effectively to diverse audiences.
- Basic design skills and proficiency in design tools.
- Proficiency in utilizing design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other relevant design tools is required.
- Possesses a refined aesthetic judgment, enabling the identification of visual and marketing elements that perfectly embody the brand's personality and goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry certifications, travel as required and attend industry events / trainings.
