OpenShift Engineer Lead (Financial Services)

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, multitasking to support operational objectives.

Key Skills: OpenShift, DevOps pipeline management, Unix/RHEL/Linux platforms, Shell scripting, CI/CD automation, Troubleshooting, WebLogic/WebSphere administration, SQL Server/Oracle expertise

What you'll do:

• Support and enhance the DevOps pipeline for financial applications.
• Optimize performance issues in deployment pipelines.
• Automate existing CI/CD pipelines to minimize manual tasks.
• Collaborate with application teams to set up new DevOps pipelines.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution for automation issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to DevOps and operational innovation.

What you bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in Unix/RHEL and OpenShift containerization, including shell scripting.
• Proficiency in system and database backup/restore and disaster recovery.
• Ability to document technical architecture with server/network diagrams.
• Understanding of Development/SIT/UAT/Production environments.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting and web-based applications’ architecture.
• Experience Windows server administration, MS SQL-Server/Oracle, and WebLogic/WebSphere/MQ/Control-M/IIS is an added advantage.
• Experience leading a small team
