Account Services Executive - Ampang Jaya

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in account servicing, sales support, or marketing coordination
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proactive, organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• A team player with a positive, client-first attitude
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

The Account Services Executive is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales growth through effective relationship management, upselling/cross-selling, and coordination between clients and internal teams.

Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. Generate reports on account status, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned.
