about the job- Serve as the primary liaison and advocate for a dedicated customer portfolio. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver custom solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and promote value-added services and system upgrades.
- Drive long-term loyalty and account growth through proactive support and strategic planning.
- Facilitate regular service reviews between clients and operations teams to address critical projects.
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive pricing and sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any engineering qualification
- With 2 years of sales experience and knowledge in HVAC would be an advantage.
- Possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Works effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
