- Strong ability to manage and oversee all aspects of social media presence, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Solid data analysis skills to measure content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone and style for diverse audiences.
- Experienced in building and maintaining an active, positive community on social media.
- Capable of managing content projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Skilled in social media strategy, with the ability to stay ahead of current trends.
- Google Analytics can present and communicate insights effectively in front of a camera.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Maukerja's business goals and marketing objectives, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and candidate engagement.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and target audiences.
- Manage and maintain Maukerja's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis of social media performance, tracking key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, website traffic, and lead conversions, and using insights to optimize content and campaigns.
- Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices for each platform.
- Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and initiating conversations to build relationships and brand loyalty.
- Manage social media projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to improve Maukerja's social media presence and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and recruitment, to ensure social media efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and integrated with other marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget allocation, to drive qualified leads and candidate applications.
