We're searching for a Creative Strategist to enhance our team. Your role involves developing creative campaigns that exceed brand goals, from ideation to execution. You'll experiment with new ideas, assess their impact, and collaborate closely with Account Managers, clients, and our creative teams to bring these visions to life.

- Identifying areas of opportunity and new audiences captivate.
- Conducting competitive, consumer, and industry research to help identify trends amongst behavior, messaging, visuals.
- Craft a roadmap for creative campaigns, defining key messages and angles to effectively convey the brand's story or product’s unique selling props (USPs).
- Monitor, analyze and interpret the performance of creative campaigns.
- Identify iterations, variations or net new concepts based on the data and inform in subsequent briefing
- Cross-collaborate with media buyers, content creators and creative team to increase efficiency in the ad creation process.
- Write creative briefs and scripts to provide clear and concise creative direction for creators, actors, agencies.
- Copywriting for internal marketing and for our clients
- Troubleshoot underperforming ad creatives and find solutions to improve their performance
- Project management for the content production and curation process. This will include coordinating models, videographers, photographers, products and locations for content shoots.
- Translate creative performance and insights into actionable learnings and next steps to share with marketing leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
- Support the entire creative development cycle with internal creative team, including:
- Planning for test & iteration roadmap
- Formulating hypotheses to create tactical briefs
- Guiding content production
- Consolidating and delivering feedback
- Analyzing and applying performance results to inform subsequent briefing
- Craft pitching deck for potential clients
- The Creative Strategist role continues to evolve and varies depending on the place of employment.
- Possess a keen sense of aesthetic judgment
- Has excellent writing skills and spoken in English and Mandarin (other language is a bonus)
- Capable of independently learning and problem-solving with help of Google or YouTube.
- Passionate in creating excellent creative work
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience in managing digital marketing campaign and analytic tools
- Able to carry out task independently or collaborate with team
- 1-2 years of in-house or agency experience in creative strategy supporting performance creative strategy across paid media channels.
- Understanding of growth marketing channels and creative best practices
- Familiarity with current creative trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Experience analyzing Meta & TikTok platform data to derive insights is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once
- Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills
