Core Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in IT / Computer Science or related
  • Minimum 1–3 years real IT support experience (enterprise or multi-user environment)
  • Strong communication skills (mandatory) — able to confidently engage corporate users
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Technical Capability (Practical Focus)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
  • LAN/WAN environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Windows OS
  • Microsoft 365 (essential)
  • User support and troubleshooting
  • Familiar with:
