- Manage and oversee assigned kitchen section operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen workflow
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and ingredient preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper ingredient handling
- Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, and operational procedures at all times
