We are a fast-growing design & build company seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing and support overall project coordination. This role is primarily focused on QS responsibilities, with some administrative support involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveying:
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and project budgets
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
- Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Work closely with designers and project team
(Secondary Scope):
- Assist in preparing invoices and basic documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal team
- Maintain project records and filing system
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 1–2 years experience preferred
- Good in Excel and costing
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Able to multitask
